After arguing for substantial period of time and when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, Ms. Ingale, learned counsel for the applicant took instructions in the matter. Thereafter, she submitted that till today, she was not aware about the fact that charge-sheet has been filed.

Mr. Malshe, learned APP submits that that the charge-sheet was filed on 11.06.2024 and the last date of listing of the application was 25.06.2024.

In that light, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court may consider granting permission to amend the present application and to place the charge-sheet on record so that further submissions can be made.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the applicant is permitted to amend the application and to place the charge-sheet on record within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
