It is emphasized that the applicant himself had caused FIR to be registered on 21.02.2024 against his associate in the context of the very same bank guarantee, which was allegedly forged. 3.

The FIR against the applicant was subsequently registered on 26.02.2024 in respect of the very same bank guarantee. 4.

Therefore, it would be appropriate that the learned APP takes instructions as regards the progress of investigation in FIR No.0092 of 2024 dated 21.02.2024 registered at Police Station MIDC, CIDCO, District - Aurangabad.
