Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

The learned counsel for the applicant relies upon an order dated 13.06.2024 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nashik, whereby regular bail is granted to the co-accused. 3.
The learned APP submits that the parameters for considering application for anticipatory bail are different and therefore, reliance placed on the said order is misplaced. Apart from the aforesaid position, it is further submitted that paragraph 7 of the order dated 06.05.2024 passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik rejecting the anticipatory bail application of the applicant herein, refers to certain WhatsApp chats and documents, inter alia, indicating that the applicant herein had prepared fabricated appointment letter etc. 4.
In that light, it would be appropriate that case diary is produced MINAL SANDIP PARAB by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date: 2024.06.19 18:52:31 +0530 before this Court.
