In the present case the FIR was registered on 14th June, 2022 and the applicant was constrained to move an application for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court only in the year 2024. Upon the said application being rejected, the applicant is before this Court in the present application. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant emphasized upon the limited role attributed to the applicant at the time of the incident. 3.

This Court would like to know whether the applicant has any criminal antecedents. On instructions, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has no criminal antecedents.
