Heard the learned Advocates for sometime, this Application is filed by a Doctor against whom allegation is levelled that he aborted a child without consent of the mother.

It is alleged that this is done at the instance of husband, mother-in-law of the lady. Mother-in-law and father-in-law and their Manager are already granted Anticipatory Bail. Even during the pendency of the Application before the Trial Court there was ad-interim protection granted to the present applicant.

Considering that, the following order:-

12-ABA-1485-2024.doc a) Issue notice to Respondents, returnable on 14th June, 2024. Learned APP waives notice for Respondent/State.

b) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of the Applicant in connection with FIR No. 0144 of 2024, registered with Phaltan City Police Station, District-Satara, for the offences punishable under section 313, 377, 354, 354(A) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code 1860, he shall be released on bail on executing P. R. bond and solvent surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/-. c) The Applicant shall not try to influence the investigation and co-operate with the investigation officer. The Applicant not to tamper with evidence and not try to pressurise any of the witnesses.

d) The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called for.

e) The Applicant shall keep informed the concerned Police Station about his residential address, mobile number etc., and other contact details.
