In this case the allegation is that because of the constant harassment, deceased Gauri Gavli committed suicide. Applicant No.1 happens to be mother-in-law. Applicant Nos.2 & 3 happen to be sisterin-law. The deceased committed suicide by leaving a massage on WhatsApp to the informant that because of the constant harassment she is constrained to commit suicide. The FIR show that no specific time is given except of the incident on 13th March, 2024 that is at the time of marriage some cash and gold ornaments were given. Considering that this Court is prima facie satisfied that case is made out for grant of interim protection. Hence the following order. Manoj

ORDER

(a) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of the Applicant in connection with FIR No.286 of 2024, registered with Vitthalwadi Police Station, Thane for the offences punishable under Section 306 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, he shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond and solvent surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/-.

(b) The Applicant shall not try to influence the investigation and co-operate with the investigating officer. The Applicant not to tamper with evidence and not try to pressurise any of the witnesses. (c) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called for.

(d) The Applicant shall keep informed to concerned Police Station about his residential address, mobile number etc., and other contact details.
