No offence is registered against the Applicant. Only apprehension expressed is that the Applicant was called to the police station and some inquiry was made with him. He also alleges that he was assaulted at the hands of police in the Wadala T. T. Police Station for which he had also filed a complaint with the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai on 04/05/2024. It is his apprehension that FIR would be lodged against him and immediately he would be arrested.

This Court does not find the apprehension to be well founded on any concrete material. No FIR as stated in filed till today. The Application is thus devoid of any merits and the same is therefore rejected. (KISHORE C. SANT, J.) Manoj
