The allegation in the FIR are in respect of offence punishable under Section 420 r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 23, 29, 31, 32, 39, 45 & 48 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. The learned APP submits that now the police has also added Sections 384 & 385. 4.

Looking to the FIR this Court is satisfied that during the pendency of the application the Applicant needs to be protected. Hence the following order.

ORDER

(a) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of the Applicant in connection with FIR No.128 of 2024, registered with Mhasrul Police Station, Nashik City for the offences punishable under Section 420 r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 23, 29, 31, 32, 39, 45 & 48 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014, Applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond and solvent surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/-.

(b) The Applicant shall not try to influence the investigation and co-operate with the investigating officer. The Applicant not to tamper with evidence and not try to pressurize any of the witnesses. (c) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called for.

(d) The Applicant shall keep informed to concerned Police Station about his residential address, mobile number etc., and other contact details.
