Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for respondent-State.

By an order dated 31st May 2024 passed by the Vacation Court (Coram: Kishore C. Sant, J.), interim relief was granted in favour of the applicant.

Today, the learned counsel for the applicants has handed over photo copy of a document styled as 'Aapsi Samjota', indicating that the dispute between the applicants and the informant has been settled. Photo copy of an affidavit of the informant dated 18th June 2024 is also annexed, wherein it is stated that the informant has no objection to the present application being allowed. The applicants have also annexed
photo copies of certain cheques issued in favour of the informant, indicating that the amount due to her is being repaid. There are two cheques dated 25th June 2024 and the others are 20th June 2024.

This Court is of the opinion that it would be appropriate to adjourn the hearing of present application, inter alia, to verify as to whether the cheques are indeed being honoured. 5.
It would also be appropriate that the informant is before this Court, before finally disposing of the application. 6.
In view of the above, the applicants are directed to add the informant as party respondent No.2. The amendment be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent, returnable on 1st July 2024, to be listed High on Board.

The Investigating Officer shall serve the newly added respondent, for which the applicants shall provide an additional set of papers to the Investigating Officer.
9.
The interim order dated 31st May 2024, shall continue to operate till the next date of listing.
10.
The documents handed over today by the learned counsel for the applicant, are taken on record.
11.
List for further consideration on 1st July 2024 (High on Board).
