The learned counsel for the applicants informs this Court that in terms of the "

आपसीसमझोता " executed between the parties, the agreed amount has been paid. This Court is informed that certain cheques handed over to the informant (respondent No.2) were withdrawn and amounts were transferred through RTGS.

The learned APP informs this Court that in terms of order dated 21.06.2024, the respondent No.2 has been served. 3.

In view of the above, the applicants shall file an affidavit giving details of the RTGS payments made in favour of the respondent No.2, within one week from today.

List for further consideration on 09.07.2024, H.O.B. 5.
