In this application by order dated 31st May 2024 passed by the Vacation Court (Coram: Kishore C. Sant, J.), interim relief was granted in favour of the applicants.

The learned APP submits that the applicants have not appeared before the Investigating Officer. The learned counsel for the applicants disputes the said statement and he submits that the applicants were and even today are ready and willing to appear before the Investigating Officer.

The applicants shall appear before the Investigating Officer on 25th June 2024 between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and thereafter, as and when called by the Investigating Officer. They shall cooperate with the investigation, including giving their blood samples, if required.

List the application for further consideration on 3rd July 2024.

Interim order dated 31st May 2024, shall continue to operate till then.
