In this application, on 31.05.2024, this Court had granted interim relief to the applicants and they were directed to co-operate with the investigation. Subsequently, by order dated 21.06.2024, this Court gave a specific direction to the applicants to appear before the investigating officer on 25.06.2025 and to further co-operate with the investigation. 2.

The learned APP informs this Court that the applicants have indeed co-operated with the investigation in terms of the orders passed by this Court.

In view of the above, the interim orders are confirmed and the application is allowed. The applicants shall continue to co-operate with the investigation till filing of the charge-sheet and they shall not influence the informant, witnesses or any other persons concerned with MINAL SANDIP PARAB by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date:
