It is brought to the notice of this Court that anticipatory bail applications of co-accused persons have been allowed by this Court (Coram: Sarang V. Kotwal, J.). This Court finds that in the present application, the Vacation Court (Coram: Kishore C. Sant, J.), has granted interim order on 31st May 2024. 2.

In the light of the practice direction/notice dated 8th February 2024 issued by the Registrar (Judicial - I), the Registry is directed to list this application before the appropriate Bench, within two weeks from today.

Interim order granted on 31st May 2024, shall continue to operate till the next date.
