Learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present before the Court, states that set up boxes, related Digitally signed by MAMTA AMAR KALE Date:
2024.06.20 18:36:32 +0530 MAMTA AMAR KALE to the crime, have already been seized, and the custodial interrogation is not necessary. She, on instructions, also extends consent to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant. She states that the charge sheet will be filed within a few days.

In view of this, the application is allowed in the following terms.
(i) In the event of the arrest of the applicant, in CR 224/2024, registered at Samta Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, he be released on bail upon furnishing a PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as and when required by the Investigating Agency.
(iii) The applicant shall not, himself or through any other person, indulge in any activity that would tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses in any manner.
(iv) The applicant shall keep the Investigating Officer inform of his current address and contact number and /or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time.
