In this application, on 14.06.2024, this Court, while issuing notice to respondent No.2, had granted interim relief in favour of the applicant. 2.

Today, respondent No.2 is also represented by a counsel, who agrees with the learned counsel for the applicant that efforts have been made to settle the inter se disputes.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since the applicant is travelling, it would take some more time for the consent terms to be signed and executed.
