In this application on 14.06.2024 this Court granted interim relief in favour of the applicant.

Today, the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 i.e. the first informant submits that steps have been taken by the parties to amicably resolve the dispute and there is possibility of even filing an application for quashing of the FIR in the light of the imminent settlement between the parties. It is submitted that this Court may adjourn the hearing for a short period of time.

In view of the above, the application shall be taken up for further hearing on 23rd September, 2024, "High on Board." 4.

The interim order granted on 14.06.2024, shall continue to operate till then.
