In this application, on 14th June 2024, this Court had granted interim order in favour of the applicant. The learned APP submits that the applicant had cooperated with the investigation. 2.

Mr. Akshay Mishra, learned counsel having instructions to appear on behalf of the first informant, submits that the parties are in the process of settling their inter se disputes and therefore, this Court may consider adjourning the hearing of this application today, so as to give an opportunity to the parties to finalize their settlement.
