Ms. Ambekar, learned APP points out that the applicant has suppressed a vital fact from this Court, which is that an earlier application for grant of anticipatory bail filed by the very same applicant i.e. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1866 of 2023 was dismissed on 05th September, 2023, by this Court (Coram: N.J. Jamadar, J.) 4.

In view of the practice direction / notice dated 08th February, 2024, issued by the Registrar (Judicial-I), the registry shall list this application before the appropriate bench.
