The learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP, based on instructions, inform the Court that the applicant has filed Criminal Writ Petition No.3134 of 2024 before the Division Bench of this Court and the present FIR came to be quashed by consent of the parties. In view of this, they submit that nothing survives in this application and the same may be disposed of.
