In this application, typographical error has occurred to the extent that while allowing the application, in clause (A) of the operative portion of the order granting anticipatory bail, the words 'in the event of arrest' have not been typed. It is further submitted that the year of FIR also needs to be corrected from '2024' to '2023' in paragraphs 2 and 5(A) of the said order.

The errors be corrected forthwith by adding the aforesaid words in clause (A) and the year of FIR be replaced with '2023' in paragraphs 2 and 5(A) of the said order.
