The learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that application for intervention is ready for filing. It is submitted that another FIR is registered against the applicant for similar allegation in Kondhwa Police Station, District - Pune and that the intervenor desires to place relevant material on record.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that an additional affidavit is ready for filing in response to the contentions sought to be raised by the intervenor.

In that light, the intervenor shall file intervention application and ensure that it is numbered before the next date of listing. The applicant is at liberty to file additional affidavit on or before 24.06.2024. 4.
