The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to refund Rs.3,50,000/- to the first informant. Today, the applicant will provide a demand draft of Rs.2 Lakhs to the first informant, who is present in the Court. The learned counsel further makes a statement that demand draft of Rs.1,50,000/- will be transferred to the bank account of the complainant within four weeks from today.
