Learned APP submits that pursuant to the last order, the applicant has attended the Police Station for inquiry. She further submits that certain documents are required for the investigation. She on instructions of the Investigation Officer submits that 1/2

19-aba-1612-2024.docx requisition shall be supplied to the learned advocate for the applicant and the applicant may be directed to comply with the same and attend the Police Station on 18th July 2024 at 11.30 a.m. 2.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant shall comply with this order and attend the Police Station on 18th July 2024 at 11.30 a.m.

Learned APP shall supply the copy of the requisition to the learned advocate for the applicant by 16th July 2024. 4.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 18th July 2024 at 11.30 a.m. and report to the concerned Investigation Officer and comply with the requisition.

5.

List the application under the caption for "urgent admission" on 5th August 2024.

6.

It is clarified that in the event applicant is unable to comply with the re by 18th July 2024, she will be permitted to comply with the requisitions before the next date.

7.

Ad-interim protection already granted to continue till the next date.
