Learned counsel appearing for the applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application (ABA) No. 1612 of 2024 seeks time on the ground that arguing counsel is held up in another Court.

Learned APP submits that in ABA No. 1857 of 2024, applicant has not complied with requisition contained in point nos. 6 to 8 which was supplied to the applicant. She further submits that in ABA No. 1612 of 2024, point nos. 6 to 10 of the requisition are not complied with.

Learned counsels for the respective parties submit that they shall comply with the requisition by the next week. 4.
Both the applicants are directed to attend the concerned police station and report to the concerned investigating officer on 19th August 2024 in between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and comply with pending requisitions.

List both the applications on 27th August 2024. 6.
Ad-interim protection already granted to continue till the next date.
