Learned counsel for the applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application (ABA) No. 1612 of 2024 mentioned this matter. He submits that though the matter was due today, same was not listed on board. He therefore requests to extend the ad-interim relief.

By order dated 18th October 2024, this application alongwith other connected applications were directed to be listed today. The causelist of this Court is published on Saturday early morning. However, learned counsel for the applicant did not find it appropriate to 2/3
immediately mention the matter on Monday informing this Court that in spite of the order, matter is not listed on board. 4.
Office has placed on record a report stating that the concerned clerk missed to verify the noting and also proceedings was not done in the case. The explanation further states that it was an inadvertent mistake due to oversight.

In most of the criminal matters, this Court has experienced that the matters are not listed inspite of specific directions. Today production of papers was permitted only in ABA No. 1612 of 2024. However, office has listed even the connected applications on the production causelist, though there was no praecipe submitted in the connected applications.
6.
The report dated 25th October 2024 submitted by the concerned clerk to be placed before the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) for information and necessary action.

List the application on 11th November 2024.
