Heard Mr Ranjeet Pawar, the learned Counsel for the applicant and Ms Pallavi Dabholkar, the learned APP for the State. 2.
This is an application for pre-arrest bail filed by the applicant apprehending arrest in CR No.0193 of 2024, registered at Bandra Kurla Complex Police Station, Mumbai, for offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 471, 468 read 1/3
with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Counsel for the applicant asserts that due to insufficient information, the applicant was unable to visit the police station for investigation despite receiving a notice u/s 41-A Cr.PC. The applicant is willing to attend the police station, furnish all required details, including email information and cooperate the investigation.

The learned APP, following instructions, states that if the applicant cooperate with the investigation by providing necessary information and relevant emails related to this crime to the investigating officer, there will be no need for his custody. Given the applicant's willingness to cooperate, the application is allowed on the following terms.
Order (i) In the event, the applicant is arrested in connection with CR No.0193 of 2024, registered at Bandra Kurla Complex Police Station, Mumbai, he shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the police station on 21st, 22nd and 23rd June 2024, in between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
(iii) The applicant shall provide all necessary information including e-mails and cooperate the investigation.
(iv) The applicant himself or through any other person shall not indulge in any activities that would tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses.
