In the present case, on 25.06.2024, this Court had issued notice to respondent No.2, considering the fact that offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered against the applicant. By the said order, this Court had granted interim order in favour of the applicant.

As noted heareinabove, today there is no appearance on behalf of the applicant. The learned APP has tendered a document to show that the respondent No.2 has been served. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondent No.2. The said document is taken on record and marked 'X'.
