On 25.06.2024, this Court granted interim order in favour of the applicant, subject to specific conditions including a direction to appear before the investigating officer on a particular date and thereafter as and when required by the investigating oficer.

Mr. Bhavar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has abided by the said direction. But Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP is unable to confirm the same as the investigating officer could not remain present.

List this application for further consideration on 10.12.2024, to be included in the supplementary list.

The investigating officer shall remain present with the investigation papers on the next date of hearing. 5.
