In this application on 25th June, 2024, this Court granted interim order in favour of the applicant, while issuing notice to respondent No.2, as this case concerns offences registered under the POCSO Act. 2.

Subsequently, Advocate Meghna Gowlani, was appointed to appear on behalf of respondent No.2.

It is brought to the notice of this Court, Advocate Meghna Gowlani, is not well today and therefore, on that ground a prayer for adjournment is made.
