By the said order, while keeping the application pending, this Court had granted interim order in favour of the applicant. Instead of giving next date in the matter, inadvertently, it has been noted that the application itself has been disposed of. This is an obvious error which needs to be corrected. 3.

In view of the above, paragraph Nos.11 and 12 of the order dated 27.06.2024 shall stand deleted and instead, paragraph No.11 shall read as follows:

"11.

List the application for further consideration on 20.09.2024, High on Board."
