By order dated 27.06.2024, this Court, while issuing notice to respondent No.2, had granted interim order in favour of the applicant. 2.

The learned APP has tendered a document to show that the respondent No.2 is served. It is stated that she is praying for grant of legal aid.

In that light, the High Court Legal Services Committed is directed to appoint advocate from its panel to appear for respondent No.2. 4.

The applicant shall serve a copy of the application on the office of the High Court Legal Services Committee within a week fro today. 5.

List the application for further consideration on 18.11.2024, to be taken up H.O.B.
