The learned APP submits that the FSL report will take some more time, Hence, the matter be adjourned by four weeks. 2.

Ms. Pandey, learned counsel for the first informant submits that accused no. 1 has been granted bail due to his super advanced age of 75 years. Accused Nos. 2, 3 and 4 are in jail. The present applicant is accused no. 5. She submits that in July 2024, blood test for DNA of the present applicant/accused no.5 has been conducted. She submits that due to delay in report of DNA test, the trial is getting hampered. She has also tendered a copy of the short notes of arguments on behalf of the first informant.

Taking into consideration that more than 7 months have already been passed after the blood test of DNA of the present applicant, the Assistant Director of Forensic Lab, Kolhapur is hereby directed to inform the status of the report of DNA of present applicant and all other co-accused at the earliest and efforts be made that the same is available within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

Stand over to 15 April 2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation."
