By order dated 01.07.2024, this Court had granted interim relief in favour of the applicant. The learned APP informs this Court that the applicant did remain present before the investigating officer on the dates specified by this Court and that he has co-operated with the investigation. 2.

While granting interim relief in favour of the applicant, in the order dated 01.07.2024, this Court had recorded the reasons in paragraph Nos.4 and 5.

For the same reasons, the application deserves to be allowed, particularly because the applicant has co-operated with the investigation. 4.

In view of the above, the interim order dated 01.07.2024 is confirmed and the application is allowed. The applicant shall continue to co-operate with the investigation. He shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall also not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.
