This application has been circulated today with a note by the office, indicating a typographical error in the order dated 19th July 2024.

Although, the application was an anticipatory bail application, wherein interim order was granted on 1st July 2024 and by order dated 19th July 2024, the interim order was made absolute and the application was allowed, in the title, it was erroneously recorded only as bail application. The said error needs to be corrected. Accordingly, the title of the application in the order dated 19th July 2024, shall read as follows: "Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1722 of 2024" 3.

The order shall be corrected accordingly and the corrected order shall be uploaded on the website.
