After having argued the application for some time, when this Court was inclined to dismiss the same, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the application and submitted that the applicant would surrender before the jurisdictional magistrate and apply for bail. A request was made to issue appropriate directions for expeditious disposal of the bail application, if and when preferred by the applicant.

In view of the above, the present application is dismissed. The applicant, as per his statement, shall surrender before the jurisdictional magistrate. If he applies for regular bail, the concerned Court shall consider the application as expeditiously as possible. by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:
