DATE : 05th July, 2024.

P. C. :

SHRIKANT SHRINIVAS MALANI Date: 2024.07.06 11:48:25 +0530 1.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR and he submits that there is hardly any role attributed to the applicant for registration of offences under the provision of Immoral Trafficking (Prevention) Act, 1956.

2.

The learned APP seeks short adjournment to take instructions as the Investigation Officer is not available today. 3.

The order of the Sessions Court rejecting the anticipatory bail application of the applicant shows that the applicant has been arraigned as accused for similar offence in C.R. No.689 of 2020, registered in the very same police station at Pandharpur, District Solapur. 4.

Considering the aforesaid aspect, it would be appropriate that the Shrikant Malani

910.ABA.1761.2024.doc learned APP is granted time to take proper instructions in the matter and to keep the investigation papers ready for perusal of this Court on the next occasion.
