In these 3 applications, this Court had granted interim orders in favour of the applicants, for the reasons recorded in the said orders. Specific directions were issued to the applicants to remain present before the investigating officer and to co-operate with the investigation. 2.

Today, the learned APPs submitted that the investigating officer could not remain present and that the investigation papers will have to be brought to the notice of this Court, to demonstrate that there is material against these applicants.

List these applications for further consideration on 12.11.2024 High on Board. On the next date of listing, the investigating officer shall remain present in Court with the investigation papers. 4.
