The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.619/2019, dated 19/10/2023, registered with Faujdar Chavadi Police Station, Solapur City, under sections 327, 354, 354-B, 427, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard Mr. Ritesh Thobde, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Shrikant H. Yadav, learned APP for the State. MANUSHREE NESARIKAR 3.

The allegations are that the Applicant is the sister-inMANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2024.07.15 14:44:58 +0530 law (husband's brother's wife) of the first informant. There was Nesarikar

2 / 3 dispute about the ancestral premises. The allegations are that on 19/10/2023, the Applicant and her son entered the informant's room and outraged her modesty.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant's son has preferred Anticipatory Bail Application No.151 of 2024, which is pending before this Court. The Applicant was protected by an ad-interim relief passed vide order dated 18/01/2024 in the said Anticipatory Bail Application. Learned counsel informs that the said Anticipatory Bail Application is to be listed on 01/08/2024. 5.

Learned APP does not have instructions and he is seeking time.

Considering the order dated 18/01/2024, passed by way of ad-interim relief in favour of the Applicant's son and since the allegations pertain to the same incident, the Applicant can also be similarly protected till the next date.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) In the event of her arrest in connection with C.R.No.619/2019, dated 19/10/2023, registered with Faujdar Chavadi Police Station, Solapur City, till the next date, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The Applicant shall cooperate with the investigation.

(iii) This order shall operate till 01/08/2024.

(iv) Stand over to 01/08/2024.
