By order dated 12.07.2024, this Court had granted interim relief in favour of the applicant.

This Court is informed that the applicant has indeed remained present before the investigating officer as per the direction issued by this Court and co-operated with the investigation.

The learned APP submitted that the vehicle in question is still not surrendered by the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submitted that due to financial trouble, the applicant had already sold the vehicle and he has given the details of the person to whom, the vehicle was sold. Digitally signed by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

In that light, this Court is satisfied that the applicant has co-operated with the investigation.

In view of the above, the interim order dated 12.07.2024 is confirmed and the application is allowed. The applicant shall continue to co-operate with the investigation. He shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall also not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.
