It is brought to the notice of this Court that earlier Anticipatory Bail Application bearing No. 889 of 2021 was disposed of by this Court (Coram: Sarang V. Kotwal, J.) by order dated 30th March 2024, wherein it was recorded that after arguing for some time, when the Court expressed disinclination to grant relief, the learned counsel then appearing for the applicant had prayed for withdrawal of the said application. 2.
