The Applicant had earlier approached this Court vide Anticipatory Bail Application No.478 of 2024 on 20/02/2024. The following order was passed :

After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, the learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application.

Permission is granted. The application is MANUSHREE NESARIKAR allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2024.08.20 14:43:02 +0530 disposed of accordingly."

After that, this second application for the same relief is filed without any change in circumstances. When the Court repeatedly asked learned counsel for the Applicant about the change in circumstances, his only contention was that the Applicant is a single parent. He has young children and his customers, who had purchased the flats in his project, would suffer. All these grounds were available when his earlier Anticipatory Bail Application was argued. Thus, there is no change in circumstances. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this Anticipatory Bail Application. The application is rejected.
