In this application, it is noted that the Sessions Court, while rejecting the application for anticipatory bail of the applicant by the order dated 20.06.2024, specifically recorded that there can be no apprehension of arrest in the facts of the case. 2.

It is also recorded that the investigating officer could not have called the applicant to the police station by giving him a phone call on his mobile. It appears that notice under Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in the appropriate format was not issued. Considering the peculiar circumstances of the present case, the learned APP submits that he will take specific instructions and keep the investigating officer present before this Court on the next date of listing. 3.
