As directed on 29th August 2024, the Police have verified, whether the amount is paid by the Applicant to the investors. On inquiry, it is found, amount is paid. The custodial interrogation is not Satish Sangar 1/2

O R D E R

(i) The interim protection granted on 29th August 2024 is confirmed.

(ii) If the Applicant has not furnished bail, let him furnish bail. (iii) Attendance condition is continued for 25th September 2024 and 3rd October 2024 from 10.00 a.m., to 12.00 noon. 3.
