The learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP jointly submit that the applicant is a juvenile-in-conflict with the law. The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks limited protection from arrest until the applicant approaches the Juvenile Justice Board. The learned Counsel states that the applicant will approach the Juvenile Justice Board on 7 October 2024. Until then, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant. It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter. 2.
