Learned APP submits that though the applicant had attended the police station as directed by order dated 13th August 2024, certain requisitions are still not complied with. Learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1612 of 2024 submits that the documents which were in the applicant's custody have been submitted. However, there are certain requisitions which call upon the applicant to give information regarding alleged fabrication of the document. He submits that the applicant has maintained her stand that she had submitted all genuine documents. However, he further submits that in the event any further cooperation is required for further investigation, the applicant is willing to attend the concerned police station as and when called upon.

Learned APP submits that the applicant be directed to attend the concerned police station and report to the Investigating Officer on Monday i.e. on 2nd September 2024 and Wednesday i.e. on 4th September 2024. A similar request is also made in the connected Page no. 2 of 3
Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1857 of 2024. 3.
Hence, both the applicants are directed to attend the concerned police station and report to the Investigating Officer on Monday i.e. on 2nd September 2024 and Wednesday i.e. on 4th September 2024 between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
