In Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1612 of 2024, learned counsel for the applicant submits that five points of requisitions were given to applicant. The applicant has supplied all the material except document regarding point no.3. He on instructions submits that the same will be given to the Investigating officer by Monday i.e. 21st October 2024. A copy of requisitions and response given by the applicant is taken on record.

Learned APP submits that in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1857 of 2024, requisitions are given for eight points. He on instructions submits that except point no. 8, the applicant has not complied with the remaining requisitions. Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submits that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station tomorrow i.e. on 19th October 2024 and comply with all the requisitions.

To enable the applicants to comply with the aforesaid requisitions, by way of last chance, list the application on 25th October 2024.
