The learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the applicant could not deposit Rs.5 Lakhs as agreed and, on instructions, makes a statement that amount of Rs.5 Lakhs shall be deposited by the applicant on or before 30 August 2024 and further states that the applicant will deposit remaining amount of Rs.5 Lakhs before 15 October 2024.
