The learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to unavoidable circumstances, the applicant could not deposit an amount as agreed vide order dated 8 August 2024. The learned counsel, on instructions, further informs the Court that the applicant will deposit entire amount of Rs.10 Lakhs on or before 15 October 2024 positively. 2.

Stand over to 22 October 2024, as a last chance. 3.

The earlier order of no coercive action against the applicant shall continue to operate till the next date.
