As per order dated 01.08.2024, the application was amended and respondent No.2 i.e. the victim was added in the array of respondents. 2.

Respondent No.2 has been served through the investigating officer and the learned APP has instructions to state that the respondent No.2 intends to engage an advocate of her choice to be represented before this Court.

Considering the fact that in the order dated 01.08.2024, this Court has observed that no case is made out for granting interim relief, it would be appropriate that a short date is given so that the learned counsel for the applicant can address this Court on the merits of the matter.

List for further consideration on 14.08.2024, to be included in the supplementary list.

Respondent No.2, who has been already served, is at liberty to appear through advocate. It is made clear that even if there is no representation on behalf of the respondent No.2, this Court shall proceed to hear and dispose of the application on the next date of hearing.
