The learned counsel for the informant submits that the schedule of payment was tendered by the applicant and as per the schedule of payment a sum of Rs.50 lakhs was to be deposited as full and final payment towards dues of the informant. She submitted that as of today only Rs.15 lakhs has been deposited. The balance amount of Rs.35 lakhs has not been deposited. She submitted that the last payment was made in the month of November 2024. Thereafter, for
Diksha Rane 3 ABA 1882-2024.doc the month of December 2024, January 2025, February 2025 and March 2025 payments have not been made, therefore, the present matter has been moved in order to vacate the interim relief granted. 3.
As the matter of last chance, the matter be placed on 25/3/2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation" in order to permit the applicant to make submissions as regards the payments to be made.
